For interior treatments, we ask that people and pets stay out of treated areas until the product has dried – typically 30 to 45 minutes. For exterior-only service, there’s no need to leave at all. Your technician will go over what to expect before they begin and let you know when it’s safe to re-enter treated areas.
The products we use are EPA-registered and applied by licensed technicians according to label directions. We recommend keeping pets out of treated areas until dry – usually 30 to 45 minutes for interior surfaces, and until the exterior has dried after an outdoor application. Fish tanks should be covered and air pumps turned off during any interior treatment.

We are licensed and trained in the safe application of pesticides. Medical or veterinary questions about specific health concerns are outside our expertise – if you have a pet with a known sensitivity or health condition, please consult your vet before scheduling. Yes. Garages and basements are included when accessible. Just make sure those areas are accessible for your technician and let them know you’d like them treated. Crawl spaces and attics are not part of a standard spray – those are typically addressed for specific pest issues like rodents or carpenter ants.
Not for exterior-only service. If you want interior treatment at a visit, someone needs to be home to provide access. You’ll get an automatic reminder 24 hours before every visit. If you’d prefer more notice, ask us to set up the 10-day advance reminder option instead.
Our primary spray product is Talstar P (bifenthrin), a widely used professional-grade insecticide effective against a broad spectrum of pests. For ant control we primarily use targeted gel bait rather than a broadcast spray, which is more effective at eliminating the colony rather than just the ants you can see. The specific product used can vary depending on the pest and the situation. Every visit generates a detailed work order showing exactly what was used and where. If we’ve placed rodent bait stations, don’t move or tamper with them. Your work order will include any specific post-treatment instructions, and your technician can answer questions before they leave.
Absolutely – entirely your call at every visit. Many customers prefer exterior-only, and that’s perfectly fine. Just let the technician know when they arrive or tell us when confirming your appointment. This never affects your re-treat coverage.

No – the price is the same whether we treat inside, outside, or both. Interior and exterior treatment is included in your plan either way. Whether you want us inside at every visit, outside only, or a mix depending on the season is entirely your call, and it doesn’t affect your rate or your re-treat coverage.
