Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a contract?
No contracts. This is a month-to-month service. Cancel anytime by phone, text, or email with no cancellation fee.
When do I get charged?
Nothing is charged today. Your one-time initial service charge is due at your first service β€” cash, check, or card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Discover accepted). For Quarterly plans, monthly autopay billing begins the month after your service agreement is signed, on the same date each month. For Twice Per Year, your card is charged on the day of each visit.
What if I see pests between services?
Monthly and Quarterly customers get unlimited free re-service for covered pests. Just call, text, or email β€” we'll get back out. Twice Per Year customers have a 60-day re-service window after each visit.
Does the Twice Per Year plan cover mice?
No. The Twice Per Year plan covers 20 pests but does not include mice or rats. If rodent coverage is important to you, the Monthly or Quarterly plan is a better fit.
Do I need to be home for service?
Not for exterior-only service. If interior treatment is needed, you or another adult must be present. We never enter a home without someone there.
How do I add a payment method?
After signing up you'll receive an email to set up your online Regal account. From there you can add a card on file, view your service agreement, and see upcoming appointments.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. Call or text the office and we'll update your plan. Changes take effect at the start of your next service cycle.
