Base Service. Wildlife trapping is not guaranteed. This service is an attempt to trap wildlife and Regal Pest Control does not guarantee that any wildlife will be caught. The service consists of five service days with traps active. Active live traps are checked each business day.

Entry Points. All entry points, including those described or photographed by the customer, will be inspected during our initial visit. Seal-up service is optional and carries an additional charge. We can address areas with light rot or minor damage using appropriate materials. If wood is too soft or deteriorated, or if an opening is too large, you will need a licensed contractor for those repairs. We will tell you during the inspection which areas we can address and which require outside help.

Trap Placement and Quantity. The type, number, and placement of traps are determined solely by Regal Pest Control. We value your observations, but all trapping strategies are designed and executed by our trained professionals.

Pricing. The base price is $525, which covers five service days with traps active. Traps are not left active on Sundays or observed holidays. On Fridays, traps are secured open over the weekend and reactivated the next business day. Reactivation visits do not count toward the five active days and are included at no extra charge. There is an additional charge of $95 per animal removed, regardless of species. Seal-up service, if requested, is quoted separately during the initial visit.

Ground Burrows. Regal Pest Control does not fill, repair, collapse, or otherwise alter ground holes or burrows. If burrows are identified, we may note their locations, but addressing them is the responsibility of the property owner.

Skunks and Non-Target Animals. Any skunk trapped during service will be removed from the property and handled in accordance with Michigan DNR regulations. Any non-target animal will be released on-site unless you have requested in advance that it be removed. Non-target removals are subject to the same $95 per-animal fee. If you want non-target species removed if caught, notify us before service begins.

Trap Removal and Extended Service. All traps will be removed at the conclusion of the designated service visits. If you want to continue trapping beyond the standard program, an additional service bundle at the same base price may be available. Extended monitoring outside of a bundled program cannot be guaranteed during peak season (approximately April through October). Contact us before your program concludes to discuss options.

No Guarantee. Wildlife trapping and exclusion services are provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. We do not guarantee that wildlife will be trapped, removed, excluded, or prevented from returning. We do not guarantee any portion of the services provided, including access to attics, roofs, or crawl spaces, though we will attempt entry if our technicians determine it is safe and necessary.

Limitation of Liability. Regal Pest Control is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, concealed defects, or damage resulting from wildlife activity. We shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, indirect, or special damages arising from wildlife activity before, during, or after service.

Hold Harmless and Indemnity. You, the customer, agree to indemnify, release, and hold harmless Regal Pest Control from and against any and all claims, including but not limited to personal injury or property damage, arising from wildlife activity, property conditions, or access to the property, except to the extent caused by Regal Pest Control's gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Authorization. You represent that you own the property or have authority to authorize wildlife services, and you grant Regal Pest Control permission to access the property to perform those services.
