When does monthly make sense?
Quarterly is the right fit for most homes. But there are situations where monthly service pays for itself — and then some.
- Properties near water or wooded areas. Lakes, ponds, and tree lines are natural pest highways. Ants, spiders, millipedes, and rodents pressure these homes year-round. A 90-day gap in coverage is enough time for a problem to get established.
- Food-handling businesses. Restaurants, delis, food warehouses, and commercial kitchens operate in a zero-tolerance environment. Monthly service maintains a documented treatment history and keeps pressure from building between visits.
- Properties with a history of recurring issues. If you've dealt with the same pest problem multiple times, more frequent treatments help break the cycle rather than just treating symptoms.
- Re-services are reactive. Monthly service is proactive. A free re-service happens after you already have a problem. Monthly service is designed to prevent that problem from showing up in the first place.

How We Schedule Your Visits
When you set up your plan, just let us know which notification style works best for you. You can always change it later by giving us a call or sending a text.
Confirm First
We'll send you a text or email 10 days before your scheduled visit. You confirm the appointment, request a different date, or let us know if you'd like to skip interior service that visit. If we don't hear back, our office will follow up.

Automatic
We'll send you a text or email 1 day before your visit as a heads-up. No confirmation needed — we'll show up as scheduled. Simple and hands-off.
