All products we use are EPA-registered and applied according to label directions. For spray treatments, we ask that you keep pets out of the room while we're working and for about 20 minutes after — long enough for the product to dry. The products are diluted to levels effective against the target pest. If we're using a gel bait like Advion for ants or roaches, there's no restriction — pets can stay right in the area. If your pet has a known health condition or sensitivity, we'd recommend checking with your vet beforehand.
No. For a standard spray treatment, you just need to stay out of the room we're actively treating and give it about 20 minutes to dry before going back in. For gel treatments, there's no restriction — you can stay right with us. We'll let you know if anything about your specific job requires more than that.

For most residential jobs the quote is your price — we honor it. For larger commercial properties we quote on the high end, so what you're quoted is the most you'll pay. Either way, you won't be surprised at invoicing.

No contract. Service plans renew month-to-month and can be cancelled any time by phone, text, or email. No fees, no penalties.
We're happy to take a look. We can inspect your attic, basement, sill plates, and sump pump area — and if there's something accessible, we'll find it. What we don't do is open drywall or cut into walls. In our experience, odors from inside a wall almost never lead to a source we can reach, and we'd rather be upfront about that than send someone out for something we can't resolve.
Chimney work is outside our scope. If there's a mother raccoon with young, we may be able to apply eviction fluid to encourage them to relocate on their own — but those situations vary, and we'll give you an honest assessment when you call. Give us a ring and we'll let you know if we're the right fit.
For homes, we focus on starlings and sparrows in dryer and bathroom exhaust vents. We'll install a one-way door to let the bird exit, remove the nest if it's within a couple feet of the opening, and seal the vent with a plastic or stainless steel guard. We don't disconnect ductwork or remove nests deeper in the vent. Most other bird species — robins, barn swallows, chickadees, mourning doves — are federally protected, and that work falls outside what we do. Window clings for birds striking glass are also not something we supply or install.
For businesses, we offer a full range of exclusion services including netting, spike systems, slope installations, and mist nets.

If termites or powder-post beetles are found: They will be noted on the NPMA-33 report. Regal Pest Control does not treat for these organisms. No further action will be taken by Regal beyond the inspection and report.
If carpenter ants or carpenter bees are found: They will be noted on the report. Regal Pest Control can treat for these — a separate estimate will be provided if treatment is desired.

Wildlife services start at $95.
This covers your initial visit and trap setup. If we move forward with service at that visit, the $95 is applied toward the job — you won't pay it separately. No free on-site inspections.
Base Service. Wildlife trapping is not guaranteed. This service is an attempt to trap wildlife and Regal Pest Control does not guarantee that any wildlife will be caught. Wildlife services consist of five scheduled service visits. Active live traps will be checked daily.
Entry Points. All entry points, even those described or photographed by the customer, will be inspected during our initial visit. Our seal-up service is optional and carries an additional charge. In most cases we can address areas with light rot or minor damage using appropriate materials. However, if wood is too soft or deteriorated, or if an opening is too large, you will be advised to hire a licensed contractor for those repairs.
Trap Placement and Quantity. The type, number, and placement of traps are determined solely by Regal Pest Control based on our assessment of the situation. All trapping strategies will be designed and executed by our trained professionals.
Pricing. Wildlife services start at a minimum of $95, which covers the initial visit and trap setup. If service is performed at that visit, the $95 is applied toward the total — it is not charged separately. There is an additional charge of $75 per animal trapped. This removal fee does not apply to squirrels or chipmunks.
Ground Burrows. Regal Pest Control does not fill in, collapse, or otherwise alter ground holes or burrows as part of our wildlife services.
No Guarantee. We do not guarantee any portion of the services provided, including our ability to fully access areas of the structure or to trap wildlife.
Not Responsible for Damage. We are not responsible for any damage caused by our technicians during service visits, or any damage caused by wildlife during or after our service visits.
Hold Harmless and Indemnity. You, the customer, agree to indemnify, release, and hold harmless Regal Pest Control from and against any and all legal claims, including but not limited to personal injury or property damage, that may arise from Regal Pest Control's wildlife services.
Authorization. You confirm that you have authority to grant access to the property and authorize Regal Pest Control to perform wildlife services.
