Wildlife services consist of a total of five service visits. Live traps that are set to catch will be checked daily. Regal Pest Control ("we," "us," "our") does not guarantee that any wildlife will be caught. ENTRY POINTS All entry points, even if photos and/or descriptions are provided by the customer, are inspected during our initial visit. We will attempt to identify any potential entry points, but we do not guarantee that we can locate or seal off all entry points. PRICING The base service for five visits is $475. If trapping begins on a day other than Monday, the total number of visits may be six, as traps will be zipped open on Friday and reset to catch on Monday due to our closure on Saturday and Sunday. The cost to remove any live wildlife is $65 per animal removed. If you request sealing of any identified entry points, this will be an optional, additional service. Pricing for seal-up services will be provided during the initial service visit if entry points are found. The cost will depend on the size, location, and materials needed to seal the entry points. NO GUARANTEES We do not guarantee any portion of the services provided. This includes, but is not limited to, our ability to completely access any areas of the structure or our ability to trap any wildlife. We do not guarantee that we can gain access to your attic, roof, or crawl space but will attempt to do so if our technicians determine it to be safe and/or necessary for the job. NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE We will not be responsible for any damage done by our technicians during our service visits. We will not be responsible for any damage done by wildlife during or after our service visits. HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNITY You, the customer, agree to indemnify, release, and hold harmless Regal Pest Control from and against any and all legal claims, including but not limited to personal injury or property damage that may arise from Regal Pest Control’s wildlife services. AUTHORIZATION You, the customer, have the authority to grant access to the property and authorize Regal Pest Control to conduct wildlife services.
