BED BUG SERVICE AGREEMENT

BED BUG SERVICES/TREATMENTS ARE NOT GUARANTEED
Regal Pest Control (“we”, “us”, “our”) does not guarantee that the treatment(s) or service(s) rendered at the service location will eliminate or kill any bed bugs. It is possible that we may conduct several treatments and will be unable to eliminate your bed bugs. We do not guarantee any portion of the services provided.

RECOMMENDED NUMBER OF SERVICES
We recommend, even for minor levels of bed bug activity, a total of three treatments, spaced two weeks apart. This is not to say that a one-time treatment will not kill bed bugs, but bed bug eggs are resistant to pesticides and a minimum of three treatments is highly recommended.

PRICED PER TREATMENT
Bed bug treatments are price per unit/per treatment. Any follow-up treatments desired by the customer will be at an additional charge and may be higher or lower than the cost of the prior treatment(s), based on several factors, including but not limited to activity level, ect.

NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR EXPENSES
Regal Pest Control will not be responsible for any expenses related to the replacement of linen, upholstery, furniture, mattresses, soiling or any other damages or related costs due to the services or treatments we've conducted. We will not be responsible for expenses related to medical evaluations or treatments for bites associated with bedbugs, damages or expenses for any claims of personal injury related to an infestation of bedbugs or loss of income claimed to be related to any bed bug bites or associated illnesses.

HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNITY
You, the customer, agreed to indemnify, release and hold harmless Regal Pest Control from and against any and all legal claims, including but not limited to personal injury or property damage that may arise from Regal Pest Control’s bed bug services.

AUTHORIZATION
You, the customer, have authority to grant access to the property and authorize Regal Pest Control to conduct bed bug treatments/services.
