Wildlife services are a total of five service visits. Live traps that are set to catch will be checked daily. Regal Pest Control (“we”, “us”, “our”) does not guarantee that any wildlife will be caught. ENTRY POINTS All entry points, even if photos and/or descriptions are provided by the customer, are inspected for during our initial visit. We will attempt to identify any potential entry points, but we do not guarantee that we can locate or seal off any entry points. You will be informed of what we find and what we are and aren't able to seal off at the initial visit. PRICING The price for the base service, which is five visits, will be $475.If trapping begins on a day other than a Monday, the total number of visits will be six. There will be no additional charge for the additional day. Traps will be zipped open on Fridays and reset to catch on Mondays, as we typically do not live trap on Saturdays and Sundays. There will be an additional cost of $65 per animal trapped. Optional/additional charge: Sealing up of entry-points. This would be an optional, add-on service. Pricing for exclusion/seal-up services will be provided during the initial service visit if entry points are found. The cost will depend on the size, location, and materials needed to seal the entry points. NO GUARANTEES We do not guarantee any portion of the services provided. This includes, but is not limited to, our ability to completely access any areas of the structure or our ability to trap any wildlife. We do not guarantee that we can gain access to your attic, roof, or crawl space but will attempt to do so if our technicians determine it to be safe and/or necessary for the job. Due to changes in Michigan law effective July 2024, relocation of certain wildlife, such as skunks and groundhogs, is no longer permitted. Other species, like raccoons, are subject to strict county-specific release rules. These limitations can lead to increased trap shyness, where animals become more cautious or avoid traps entirely after initial exposure. This may reduce overall trapping effectiveness in some situations. NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE We will not be responsible for any damage done by our technicians during our service visits. We will not be responsible for any damage done by wildlife during or after our service visits. HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNITY You, the customer, agree to indemnify, release, and hold harmless Regal Pest Control from and against any and all legal claims, including but not limited to personal injury or property damage that may arise from Regal Pest Control’s wildlife services. AUTHORIZATION You, the customer, have the authority to grant access to the property and authorize Regal Pest Control to conduct wildlife services.
