Covered Pests

Your service plan protects against the following pests:
✔ Insects & Bugs – Ants, beetles, boxelder bugs, centipedes, cockroaches, crickets, earwigs, flies, gnats, millipedes, mites, moths, silverfish, sowbugs, spiders, springtails, stink bugs, and weevils.
✔ Stinging Insects – Bees and wasps.
✔ Rodents – Mice and rats.

Pests Not Covered

The following pests are not included in the standard service plan:
❌ Bed bugs
❌ Fleas
❌ Longhorn beetles
❌ Mosquitoes
❌ Termites
❌ Ticks
❌ Wildlife

We stand behind our service! If you experience pest activity between your regularly scheduled visits, we will return for unlimited free re-treatments within your service period at no extra cost.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which pests are covered under the service plans?

All plans cover the following pests: Ants (all species, including carpenter ants), bees, beetles, boxelder bugs, cockroaches, crickets, drain flies, earwigs, flies, fruit flies, gnats, house centipedes, mice, millipedes, mites, moths, rats, silverfish, sowbugs, spiders, springtails, stink bugs, wasps and weevils.

Which pests are not covered under the service plans?

Bed bugs, fleas, longhorn beetles, mosquitoes, termites and wildlife issues are not covered under our service plans.

We do not offer treatments for termites. We do offer VA pest/termite inspections, services for bed bugs, fleas and wildlife. These are offered upon request and at an additional charge.

What if I need a service in-between my regular visits?

Follow-up services are offered at no additional charge. Just call, email or text and we’ll send someone out to address any issues as soon as possible.

Will you treat my garage and basement as well?

Yes. Garages and basements will be treated, when accessible.

Do you treat inside and outside?

That’s up to you! Many pest issues can be prevented with exterior-only treatments, especially if we start your service plan in April or May. If you start up a plan closer to the fall or winter, we may recommend an interior treatment.
