BIRD CONTROL

> GULL WIRE

WIRES RAN ALONG THE DESIRED AREAS TO PREVENT PEST BIRDS FROM LANDING

Telescopic posts (for height variance) will be attached to the four corners of the roof. Wire will be run on the two longest sides from post to post. Tension will be accomplished by connecting a turnbuckle to one end of the wire and using ferrules to connect at the other post. Wire (.96 mm) will be run across the work area every three feet, tension accomplished with a rubber grommet attached to the end of the gull wire. Wire will be above the peak and roof as it pitches downward. Gulls are not good at landing because of their wingspan. The wire placed at 3 foot intervals will stop the gulls from using the treated areas for perching, roosting and nesting.
