SAFETY FIRST – WHAT WE ARE DOING TO PROTECT OUR EMPLOYEES AND CUSTOMERS
Dear Valued Customer,
The safety of our employees and customers has always been our primary focus. As an essential service provider, we are continuously updating our safety procedures. At this critical time, we have further expanded our protocols and will be taking the following precautions and steps when conducting your service:

We will be regularly checking with our customers to identify any situations where an at-risk person may be on-site during a service and will respond accordingly. Any technicians who are ill will be asked not to come to work.
SANITATION MEASURES
From regular hand-washing to disinfecting surfaces, our team is working diligently to ensure that our services are being conducted as safely as possible.
NEW PAIR OF NITRILE GLOVES AT EACH ACCOUNT
Our technicians will be wearing a brand-new pair of nitrile gloves at each account for both interior and exterior services.
MASKS WILL BE WORN FOR INTERIOR SERVICES
For interior services, all technicians will be wearing masks.
KEEPING A 6 FOOT DISTANCE
Our technicians will be keeping a 6 foot distance, from when they knock on the door to when they interact with anyone on-site.
EXTERIOR-ONLY TREATMENTS WHEN POSSIBLE
We can control many pest issues from the exterior only. Certain pest issues do require interior treatments. When conducting services on the inside, our technicians will adhere to the safety procedures, as outlined.
Our commitment to safety will always be front-and-center in everything we do. We will continue to follow guidelines from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) as well as those issued by our local, state and federal agencies.
