Wildlife Service Agreement – Regal Pest Control

Base Service

Wildlife trapping is not guaranteed. This service is an attempt to trap wildlife and Regal Pest Control ("we," "us," "our") does not guarantee that any wildlife will be caught. Wildlife services consist of a designated number of scheduled service visits, as described in the Pricing section below. Active live traps will be checked each business day.

Entry Points

All entry points, even those described or photographed by the customer, will be inspected during our initial visit.

Our seal-up service is optional and carries an additional charge. In most cases we can address areas with light rot or minor damage using appropriate materials. However, if wood is too soft or deteriorated, or if an opening is too large, you will be advised to hire a licensed contractor for those repairs. You will be informed during the inspection which areas we can address and which require outside help.

Trap Placement and Quantity

The type, number, and placement of traps are determined solely by Regal Pest Control based on our assessment of the situation. While we value your observations and input, all trapping strategies will be designed and executed by our trained professionals to ensure safety, effectiveness, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Pricing

The base price for this service is $525. This covers a standard program of five business-day visits.

Because we do not operate on Sundays or observed holidays, traps cannot be left in an active catch position on those days. On Fridays, traps are secured open (set to not catch) and remain on-site over the weekend. They are reactivated on the next business day — typically Monday, or Tuesday if Monday is an observed holiday. Depending on when the program begins and whether holidays fall within the service window, the total number of visits may exceed five. For example, a program that begins mid-week and includes both a holiday and a weekend may require up to seven trips. All additional visits required by this schedule are included in the base price at no extra charge.

There is an additional charge of $95 per animal trapped. This fee applies to all wildlife species without exception.

Our seal-up service, if requested, is quoted separately during the initial visit.

Ground Burrows

Regal Pest Control does not fill in, collapse, or otherwise alter ground holes or burrows as part of our wildlife services. If burrows are identified, their locations may be noted, but addressing them is the responsibility of the property owner.

Skunks and Non-Target Animals

Any skunk trapped during service will be removed from the property and handled in accordance with Michigan DNR regulations.

Any non-target animal caught incidentally — meaning a species other than the one the service was initiated for — will be released on-site unless the customer has made a prior written or verbal request to have it removed. Non-target removal is subject to the standard $95 per-animal fee. If you have concerns about non-target species on your property and would like them removed if caught, please notify us before service begins.

Trap Removal and Extended Service

All traps will be removed from the property at the conclusion of the designated service visits.

If you would like to continue trapping beyond the standard program, an additional service bundle at the same base price may be available. Extended or day-to-day trap monitoring outside of a bundled program cannot be guaranteed during peak season (approximately April through October), as scheduling availability is limited. Off-season extensions may be arranged on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us before your program concludes if you would like to discuss options.

No Guarantee

We do not guarantee any portion of the services provided. This includes, but is not limited to, our ability to fully access areas of the structure or to trap wildlife. We do not guarantee access to attics, roofs, or crawl spaces but will attempt entry if our technicians determine it is safe and necessary for the job.

Not Responsible for Damage

We are not responsible for any damage caused by our technicians during service visits. We are also not responsible for any damage caused by wildlife during or after our service visits.

Hold Harmless and Indemnity

You, the customer, agree to indemnify, release, and hold harmless Regal Pest Control from and against any and all legal claims, including but not limited to personal injury or property damage, that may arise from Regal Pest Control's wildlife services.

Authorization

You, the customer, confirm that you have authority to grant access to the property and authorize Regal Pest Control to perform wildlife services.
