What It Costs to Get Started
Every plan has two parts: a one-time initial service, then your ongoing plan rate.
Initial service: starting at $245
Your first visit starts with an inspection for conducive conditions and potential rodent entry points, followed by a full treatment that gets your property under control and sets up protection going forward. Every plan starts here, even with no active pest issue. If you have an active problem like mice, rats, carpenter ants, or cockroaches, the initial service takes more work and costs more.
Ongoing plan: starting at $52/month
After the initial service, your regular visits keep pests out, with free re-services between visits. No contract, cancel anytime.

When does monthly make sense?
Quarterly is the right fit for most homes. Monthly is built for businesses and for homes with heavier pest pressure.
- Properties near water or wooded areas. Lakes, ponds, and tree lines are natural pest highways. Ants, spiders, millipedes, and rodents pressure these homes year-round. Pest pressure on these homes can build up between quarterly visits.
- Food-handling businesses. Restaurants, delis, food warehouses, and commercial kitchens operate in a zero-tolerance environment. Monthly service maintains a documented treatment history and keeps pressure from building between visits.
- Properties with a history of recurring issues. If you've dealt with the same pest problem multiple times, more frequent treatments help break the cycle rather than just treating symptoms.

The Twice Per Year plan is our most affordable option. Two treatments per year, timed for spring (April) and fall (September), when Michigan pest pressure peaks.

How We Schedule Your Visits
When you set up your plan, just let us know which notification style works best for you. You can always change it later by giving us a call or sending a text.
Confirm First
We'll send you a text or email 10 days before your scheduled visit. You confirm the appointment, request a different date, or let us know if you'd like to skip interior service that visit. Interior service is included at no additional charge, so skipping it doesn't change your plan rate. If we don't hear back, our office will follow up.
Best if your schedule changes frequently
Automatic
We'll send you a text or email 1 day before your visit as a heads-up. No confirmation needed. We'll show up as scheduled. Simple and hands-off.
Best if you prefer set-it-and-forget-it
Either way, you can always call, text, or email us to reschedule or make changes to your visit. We're easy to reach and happy to work around your schedule.
